Each day, there is unique, practical, and powerful challenge designed to be completed quickly and on your own in just a few minutes. These prompts are short and focused, designed to inspire and get you thinking on a single aspect of remote leadership. This allows you the space and time you need to apply and improve one thing before being overwhelmed with more.
Every Wednesday, Kevin will host a Facebook Live where we will come together as a group. These quick, weekly sessions provide coaching and accountability, helping to solidify what you’re learning in the daily challenges. They are also recorded and posted in the Group – so that you can access them whenever you like.
Lastly, Kevin will host two mini webinars (about 30 minutes each) – The Models and Mindsets That Will Help You Succeed and Little Hinges That Swing Doors and The Biggest Little Things You Can Do to be a More Effective Remote Leader. Not only are these powerfully informative, they also give you an additional chance to interact directly with Kevin and the other participants, ask your most challenge leadership questions and grow together.
